The Friulano is characterized by an intense straw yellow.
Fresh and dry, structured and persistent.
It has a strong aroma of bitter almond, with nuances of apple, pear and plum; with floral notes of wild flowers, Chamomile and Hawthorn.
It goes very well with traditional Friulian dishes, fish dishes, blue cheeses and is an excellent accompaniment to Gubana, a typical Friulian dessert.
