Chardonnay

The Chardonnay a refined and delicate grape variety, from a soft straw yellow color. The nose can distinguish the floral notes of Frangipani, Hibiscus and Orchid, but also many fruity notes, such as pineapple, mango and passion fruit. The palate is fresh, dry, with a velvety, soft aroma of peach. It is served with pasta dishes based on pasta and all the delicate first courses, it is excellent with all types of meat.
